Grundfos DDI digital diaphragm dosing pump-centro

Grundfos DDI digital diaphragm dosing pump

Grundfos DDI digital diaphragm dosing pump from 75 ml/h up to 150 l/h with real setting of the flow rate. The integrated high-performance microelectronics and the innovative speed-regulated drive technology produce a precise and continuous dosing guaranteeing consistent media mixing and process quality. The dosing rate is simply entered in liters per hour – and the pump takes care of the rest.

Digital Dosing
The use of stepper motor/EC drives optimizes control of the stroke speed and makes it extremely accurate. The duration of each pressure stroke varies according to the flow setting. The suction stroke time always remains constant but can be lengthened using the anti-cavitation function and thus adapted to the relevant needs. This way suction always takes place with the full stroke volume. This results in continuous dosing and lower pulsation in the dosing system – important factors in ensuring smooth pumping of outgassing media and in installations requiring longer suction lines.

Cost-effective dosing
DDI keeps energy costs at a record low, thanks to the advanced EC motor technology. Maximum efficiency is also ensured even by flows of 150 l/h

With a high accuracy of +/- 1.5 % repeatability throughout the adjustable range, DDI pumps reduce the consumption of chemicals by precisely dosing the required amoun

Grundfos TPE3-TPE2 inline circulator pump-centro

Grundfos TPE3-TPE2 inline circulator pump

Grundfos TPE3-TPE2 inline circulator pump provides unrivalled efficiency and a wide range of intelligent functionalities that makes it much more than a pump. TPE3 has a built-in heat energy meter as well as flow limiting functions eliminating the need for a pump throttling valve. With a wide range of intelligent control modes to choose from, the pump is easily commissioned to the system it is being a part of.

With a number of configurable relays and analog inputs, the complete TPE3 I/O package allows for better system monitoring and optimal pump regulation. It is supplied with wireless technology which enables it to connect with up to four single TPE3 pumps.

Connect and set-up any HVAC sensor to TPE3 and let the pump take charge of the system pressure and flow on basis of the ΔT and ΔP in the system. The intelligent TPE3 is a true plug-and-pump solution.

TPE2 is the ideal pump if you do not need the intelligent functions but instead want to connect all external sensors by yourself, if you want the pump to run at constant speed, or if you want an existing BMS system to control the pump.

Being part of the TP-family, TPE3 and TPE2 pumps are of the close-coupled type, i.e. pump and motor are separate units. Consequently, the pumps are less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquid than similar pumps of the canned rotor type.

Applications
TPE3 and TPE2 are all-round In-line pumps that can be used in all heating, cooling and district energy systems. TPE3 and TPE2 make a significant difference in terms of comfort and system efficiency in several situations. Examples are:

One-String Heating Systems
Increase system efficiency and avoid penalties by a TPE3 that operates based on ΔT across the system to avoid increased return temperature.
Heat Recovery System
Reduce water temperatures and reduce costs: With a TPE2 pump you can add two temperature sensors and the pump will adapt the circulating flow in the system to what is really needed.
Boiler Shunt Pump
Boiler protection and reduced cost of operation: You can now use the TPE3 and an added temperature sensor instead of a normal pump running at full speed. The sensor ensures that the right temperature is maintained at all times.
Domestic Hot Water Recirculation
Gain control of hot water temperatures and save: Traditionally, a throttled constant speed pump runs 24/7 to ensure instant hot water, which is a waste of energy. A TPE3 can be applied and put in temperature control mode and the pump will maintain the desired

1370Grundfos DMX mechanical diaphragm dosing pump-centro

Grundfos DMX mechanical diaphragm dosing pump

Grundfos DMX mechanical diaphragm dosing pump has proven its worth in dosing applications worldwide. With their robust diaphragm-based design and their high-quality motors DMX pumps require minimum maintenance and are best choice for many dosing applications. The DMX range is highly versatile: it covers a wide flow range and offers a variety of dosing head sizes, materials and accessories.

Accurate dosing – all the time
The diaphragm design ensures that the dosing flow variation is below ± 1.5 % and the linearity deviation is kept below 4 % at all times. This allows very precise dosing of your chemicals – as much as necessary, as little as possible.

Smooth and low-pulsation dosing
The DMX series combines sophisticated drive technology and gear kinematics to ensure smooth and low-pulsation dosing without pressure peaks. This means less stress to all system components, such as tubes and valves, and leads to longer service intervals for the entire system.

Motors to match application needs
For applications with specific motor requirements, the versatile DMX range offers high-quality motors for 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 100 Hz (with Variable Frequency Drive VFD), as well as EX classified or ATEX-certified motors, if required.

Perfect material selection – for housing and liquid-wetted parts
The smaller DMX models have plastic housings offering chemical resistance and all the protection necessary for many applications. The larger models have a robust cast-aluminium housing with epoxy coating to meet all application needs. Investment costs and running costs for spare parts are kept low over the years: A wide choice of materials for dosing head, valves and accessories allow selecting exactly the degree of chemical resistance required. All liquid-wetted parts need to be resistant to the chemicals used. The diaphragm is made of NBR and PTFE-coated.

Compact design – saves money and space
DMX pumps are available in 12 different dosing head sizes. Careful design work has kept them all very compact. This saves material costs and allows placing several pumps right next to each other in confined spaces. Double-head versions (DMX models 226 and 227) offer a very cost-efficient way to save space or to dose two different chemicals. The extra capacity offered by double-head versions can also be used to gain higher flow rates for a single chemical.

Grundfos COMFORT hot water circulator pump

Grundfos COMFORT hot water circulator pump: a brand new, low noise permanent magnet motor allows the energy
consumption of the COMFORT PM range to be reduced to as little as 5-8.5 W.
Combined with the intelligent AUTOADAPT function this sets new standards for energy-efficient hot water recirculation in private homes.

Thanks to the new high efficiency permanent magnet motor the COMFORT range now features two new variants for hot water recirculation. With an energy usage of only 5-8.5 W both the COMFORT pump with AUTOADAPT and the fixed speed COMFORT B pump can significantly reduce the power consumption. In fact, the electricity costs of operating in AUTOADAPT mode requires a mere 1-2 €* per year. Compared to conventional pumps that run continuously this equals a cost reduction of up to 96 %. Moreover, heat energy savings amount to as much as 48 %.

The AUTOADAPT principle The principle of the AUTOADAPT function is really very simple.
In the course of only a couple of weeks the COMFORT pump learns the hot water consumption pattern of the household and adapts to it. The stored data ensures that the pump runs only when required – which significantly cuts back on both water and power waste. Should the consumption pattern change, e.g. during holidays, the COMFORT pump with  recognises the standstill after 24 hours and automatically adapts to holiday mode. On the return of the occupants, the intelligent pump will automatically resume the same  consumption pattern as before the holiday. Consequently, the access to instantly hot water is never jeopardised.

Minimise water waste
All COMFORT pumps – with or without the AUTOADAPT function – combined with a return pipe deliver instantly hot water all over the house. This eliminates the expensive – and annoying – wait for the water to get warm and reduces the annual consumption of domestic water. The results are lower costs while still ensuring the comfort of instantly hot water.

Easy installation
The COMFORT BA pump with autoadapt and the continuously
running COMFORT B pump are equally compact and designed to greatly facilitate installation – even in confined spaces. Both featuring the renowned ALPHA plug all that is really required is to connect the plug and start pumping.
